Privacy policy
How MeRa Solutions handles the information you share through this website.

Who we are
MeRa Solutions develops ERP software for wholesalers and distributors. We are responsible for processing personal data through merasolutions.nl. Send privacy questions to info@merasolutions.nl.
What data we process
- Contact form: name, email address and, if you provide them, company name, phone number, topic and your message.
- Email: the information in emails you send us.
- Website statistics, only if you consent: anonymised data such as pages visited, referring website, country and device type. We do not store IP addresses or build profiles.
- Technical server logs, kept briefly by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.
Why, and on what legal basis
- Answering your request and scheduling a demo: at your request, prior to a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Keeping the website secure and available: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Website statistics: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
Cookies and local storage
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. We only store your cookie choice and language preference in your browser. Fonts are served from our own server, so no request is sent to Google.
Who we share data with
We never sell your data. We use these service providers as processors:
- TransIP (Netherlands): email. Form submissions arrive as email in our mailbox.
- Railway: website hosting. Railway may process data outside the EU under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
- Plausible Analytics (EU), only with your consent: cookieless, anonymised statistics.
How long we keep data
Requests that do not lead to a collaboration are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. If you become a customer, we keep data as long as needed for the collaboration and statutory retention periods.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data, restrict processing, object, and take your data with you. Email info@merasolutions.nl. We respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
The website only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Form submissions are not stored in a database but delivered directly by email.
